HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is 100 % free on every order—no hidden fees.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We currently deliver only to the United States and Morocco. Orders to other destinations are cancelled and refunded automatically.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit times are:
  • United States – 7-15 business days
  • Morocco – 3-7 business days
(Weather, holidays, or customs may cause delays.)

Q: How do I track my parcel?
A: A tracking link is emailed within three business days of purchase. Can’t find it? Email contact@softriger.com with your order number.

Q: What if my order is late or lost?
A: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the timeframe above, contact us for an update. If it still hasn’t arrived 20 days after purchase, you may request a full refund (excludes incorrect addresses or missed deliveries).

Orders & Cancellations

Q: Do I need an account to buy?
A: No, checkout is completely guest-friendly—no account required.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Yes. Email contact@softriger.com within 48 hours. We’ll confirm once the change is applied (if the order has not shipped).

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. After the parcel ships, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.

Q: My order has several items—will they arrive together?
A: Not always. We ship from multiple warehouses, so items may arrive in separate packages. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

Payments & Security

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Q: In what currency will I be charged?
A: All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways, and Softriger never stores raw card data.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email contact@softriger.comfor an RMA number and prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days of inspection.
